Cancellation policy

Pool Service, Filter Cleaning and "Special" Cleaning plans renew automatically (monthly or quarterly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your customer account, or email sales@backyardbrotherstx.com or call (830) 369-9894. Cancel at least 3 days before your next charge date to avoid that charge.

Cancellation stops future charges. Charges already processed for a service period that has started are not refunded. There is no cancellation fee.
